Software Overview

Below you find an overview of EMC PARTNER's remote control software for Windows. You can download a full installation or an update to your actual version by clicking the link after the short description of the software.

All softwares have a demo-mode where the generators are simulated.

TEMA 1.97

TEMA is a Windows based software for the TRA2000 and MIG series testers.
TEMA cannot be used for control of TRA3000 testers.

It includes:

  • remote control
  • complex test sequences (click for examples in the area of component testing)
  • extended protocolling (HTML or Winword export)
  • EUT supervision with oscilloscope

The software has a demo-mode where the generators are simulated. To run TEMA with your generator you have to purchase an "entry-code" for each generator.




GENECS 3.07

GENECS is a remote control software offering front panel simulator for the TRA2000, TRA3000 and MIG series testers.

The software has a demo-mode where the generators are simulated. For the Transient-2000 the software is free and runs without any "entry-code".
GENECS is also part of the TEMA software and runs for MIG testers with the same "entry-code".




HARCS 4.18  (Firmware Version 2.20)

HARCS is the Windows based software for the Harmonics-1000

It includes:

  • emission measurement and ANASIM
  • immunity (optional)

New in HARCS 4.xx:

  • full 32-bit version (for Windows 95/98, NT, 2000, XP)
  • expanded test report generator with more test information and export to HTML-format
  • flicker:
    • including Amendment 1 with flickermeter for 120 V / 60 Hz
    • enhanced flicker simulator (ANASIM)
  • harmonics emission:
    • more transparency (You find all details about limit calculations and measuring methods and definitions in the protocol printout.)
    • including interharmonics
  • harmonics immunity:
    • update to published 61000-4-13 Ed.1
  • including IEC 61000-4-7 Ed. 2: 2002 (e.g. 200 ms Rectangular DFT Window)

The HARCS installation includes also the firmware for the Harmonics-1000. This firmware has to be downloaded to the Harmonics-1000 after installation.




E3loader 3.30

E3loader is the Windows based software for the ESD3000 ESD simulator.

It includes:

  • up- and download of parameter setups
  • firmware update
  • upload of calibration factors
  • maintenance

The E3loader  installation includes also the firmware for the ESD3000. This firmware has to be downloaded to the ESD3000 after installation.



PS3SOFT-EXT 1.26

PS3SOFT-EXT is the Windows based software for the power supply PS3.

It includes:

  • programming of test setups for frequency variation (IEC61000-4-28) and voltage variation
  • remote control of the power supply PS3

TRA3000 Upload Package 1.11

The TRA3000 Upload Package file permits to update all the TRA3000 and EXT-TRA3000 x firmwares.

It includes the webserver and the test library.

Before starting the fully automatic upload process you need a USB key to transfer this file to the generator .



Test Procedure Database 1.00

The Test Procedure Database is a collection of standard procedure for EMC and component testing. It is the same database as you find online on the web. This link below leads to a downloadable version which will install the database on your local computer in the TEMA directory.

To run the procedures you need an installed TEMA software with a valid "entry-code" for your generator.



TRACS 3.9 (not for demo use)

TRACS is the Windows based software for Transient-1000. The software is no longer supported but still available for download. There is no demo version available. See computer requirements for the limitations.

It includes:

  • remote control
  • protocolling
  • EMC library

TRACS plus :

  • EUT supervision with oscilloscope
  • extended protocolling
